Sauvage is not your average kitchen. We are a fine dining restaurant in the heart of Canmore, celebrating Canada’s untamed beauty through foraged ingredients, thoughtful technique, and heartfelt hospitality.

We’re currently hiring for two full-time positions:

🥂 Bartender / Mixologist

You’re passionate about crafting cocktails that tell a story—preferably one rooted in the forest, kissed by mountain air, and balanced with precision. You’ll work with an ever-evolving bar program inspired by wild botanicals, local spirits, and seasonal ingredients. A love for wine and an interest in fermentation, infusions, or foraging is a plus.

You are:

  • Experienced in craft cocktails and wine service

  • Confident under pressure and detail-oriented

  • Excited by the creative process and local, sustainable sourcing

  • Available evenings and weekends

🔥 Line Cook

You’re driven by excellence and hungry to learn. At Sauvage, our plates reflect the land—we cure, ferment, and forage alongside each season. We’re looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and collaborative. Whether you’re refining a sauce or plating a poetic course, you’re proud of the work and the experience you help create.

You are:

  • A professional with at least 1 year of experience in a high-level kitchen

  • Passionate about wild food, sustainability, and continual growth

  • Comfortable working with a small, close-knit team

  • Open to unconventional ingredients and techniques
