Exshaw Electric

We all hear about those romantic stories of partners falling in love in high school, well, this outstanding company is run by our Saucier’s partner, and they are definitely that cute. We not only want our employee to succeed, but when their partner can get a job done correctly, and quickly, then we want to keep them close too. If you’re in town, write this down, Exshaw Electric. Any job that you have, whether commercial or residential, we just want you to know that he is a Chef of the electrical world. He is able to see your vision, improve upon it when necessary, and bring it to life in the most beautiful way.

Bow Valley Microgreens

We can’t forage EVERYTHING we would like all year, but this is where Delphine and company comes in. We are obsessed with her obsession of growing vegetables, flowers, and herbs, anywhere she can find space. Their main activity all-year round is to offer Microgreens that are grown at the Co+Kitchen in Canmore.

During the summer season we are also growing vegetables in Cochrane as well as edible flowers.

Check them out!

Nick Harrison

As an experience forager with an eye for wild edibles and as an individual who maintains the beautiful Stewart Creek Golf Course, Nick helps to not only bring Chef Tracy and team fresh logs for milling pine flour, but where most men would bring flowers, he brings mushrooms and antlers.

Stewart Creek Golf Course has been a valuable partner in providing a safe space for foraging sustainably, and in one of the most beautiful locations in Canada.

Jason and Robert Little

This restaurant would be nothing but a dream without Tracy’s brother and father. Without her father’s knowledge and her brother’s support, Tracy would probably be working somewhere like a box factory. Thank you.
