Three years ago this guy just showed up…

We have been extremely lucky to have Adam work with us at Sauvage. Starting in 2020 as a cook, and then accepting Sous Chef in 2022, he plans on taking over the whole business one day and we don’t doubt it. An absolutely incredible Chef and human (with the cutest family in the world to boot), we believe that he is unstoppable. It doesn’t help that he has little fear in his trial and error process in cooking or in any of the many sports that he participates in. An adventurous human with strong talent to back him, he is definitely one to watch in the culinary world, and if “snowboarding in a onsie with a child strapped to you while still being able to pull off a tame-dog” was a sport.

He is essential to our team dynamic as well. With his patient and educational approach, he helps to translate the desires of Chef Tracy to the team and create plans of execution to make them happen. All in all, he is the glue that helps to hold us together, and deserves all of our respect but is very uncomfortable in accepting so much appreciation because he is modest. So of course, we thought it would be great to feature him on our website.
