wILDLIFE COCKTAIL DINNER - MAY 22ND - 7PM

Join award winning Chef Tracy Little and her imaginative team at Sauvage as we partner with local distillery WildLife to showcase sustainable and local ingredients in a three course tasting experience. Chef Tracy's food will be paired with three incredible cocktails which highlight the handcrafted spirits from WildLife Distillery, as well as a welcome cocktail upon arrival. An evening of delicious food, drinks, and education surrounding production of spirits you won't want to miss out on! Sauvage x juice imports wine dinner - may 8th - 7pm

Chef Tracy Little and her team of skilled culinary individuals join forces with natural wine importing agency Juice Imports to deliver a four course tasting experience. Showcasing local and foraged ingredients through her food, Tracy's menu will be beautifully paired with a selection of ethically farmed wines from Juice. Tree bien - may 5th - 15th

Celebrate the arrival of spring with Chef Tracy Little's tree tapping three course menu. This tasting menu experience is available May 5th through 15th and is inspired by the fresh sap coming from birch and poplar trees in the Bow Valley. Chef Tracy showcases her love of local ingredients and passion for sustainability in this creative experience available for a limited time! Wine and juice pairings available as well. $60/person.
